Kaminoseki (上関町, Kaminoseki-chō) is a town located in Kumage District, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan.

As of 2016, the town has an estimated population of 2,687 and a density of 77 inhabitants per square kilometre (199.43/sq mi). The total area is 34.81 km2 (13.44 sq mi).
