Track Listing[edit]

I noticed that in the info with the tracklisting pany pages had been linked more than twice in fact some of the exact same pages had been linked 4 0r 5 times. Like with most Wiki articles there shouldn't be more than 1 or 2 links to exactly the same page so close together. It looked a complete mess anyway, so I removed some of the over-repeated links.

Contradictions with the MTV Unplugged Article[edit]

This article states that before Cobain's death, FtMBotW was intended to be included with (what became) Unplugged in a two-disc set but Novoselic was too emotionally distraught to complete it, while the Unplugged article states that prior to Cobain's death, there was no intention to release Unplugged. 74.96.8.12 07:11, 30 December 2006 (UTC) Err, this was posted by me. Fair use rationale for Image:AneurysmSmall.jpg[edit]

Nuvola apps important.svg

Image:AneurysmSmall.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 20:32, 31 May 2007 (UTC)

I've replaced this image with a 170px thumb of Image:AneurysmCover.jpg; a smaller verion is unneccessary. I will just leave it for deletion, and make a note that it is obsolete. -- Reaper X 01:50, 1 June 2007 (UTC)

Billboard Chart reference[edit]

I am not sure how to do references on here but for the billboard 200 charts citation needed http://www.billboard.com/album/nirvana/from-the-muddy-banks-of-the-wishkah/190878#/charts/billboard-200?chartDate=1996-10-19. shows Muddy banks at #1 —Preceding unsigned comment added by Soilflaw (talkcontribs) 05:23, 28 January 2010 (UTC)

Something in the way[edit]

According to the Cobain biography by Charles Cross, he never ran away from home, and the song "Something in the way" isn't about him living under a bridge. The biography is even referenced in the article right after the very sentence purporting this. I believe this needs to be looked into. 2CrudeDudes (talk) 14:52, 18 March 2010 (UTC)

Dead external links to Allmusic website – January 2011[edit]

Since Allmusic have changed the syntax of their URLs, 1 link(s) used in the article do not work anymore and can't be migrated automatically. Please use the search option on http://www.allmusic.com to find the new location of the linked Allmusic article(s) and fix the link(s) accordingly, prefereably by using the {{Allmusic}} template. If a new location cannot be found, the link(s) should be removed. This applies to the following external links:

Info on tracklist[edit]

Instead of having footnotes, shouldn't the dates and locations be alongside the songs? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.191.161.225 (talk) 17:58, 19 September 2013 (UTC)

I agree. As no one else has attempted to discuss, it appears that we have consensus and I will make the necessary changes.QuintusPetillius (talk) 11:52, 3 November 2013 (UTC)
