Merge with Patent Cooperation Treaty?[edit]

To my humble opinion, this article should not be merged in Patent Cooperation Treaty. A proper article is perfectly in order, along with Software patents under the EPC, Software patents under US patent law, and so on. --Edcolins 11:57, Mar 29, 2005 (UTC)
